Where Art, Science, and Technology Make the Imagined Real

Experiential designer and technologist with a love for wonder. Interactive exhibits, installations, and immersive spaces, and decades spent designing and managing the teams that build them. Hundreds of meaningful things and counting. Chief Creative Strategist and President of Moey Inc., and before that Senior New Technology Artist at the American Museum of Natural History. Both taught the same lesson: the best work comes from great teams and a love of doing it right.

What's next: art, technology, and story you can step inside. Worlds that ask better questions than they answer. People who build possibility instead of waiting for it. Always on the search for meaningful, impactful projects.

Looking up. Building forward.

Curiosities Made Real

What I Do

Design and lead
Conceptual design and creative direction for immersive environments, interactive experiences, and sensor-based worlds. Leading the development, engineering, fabrication, and install teams that turn those concepts into finished work. 100+ projects delivered for museums and science centers, brands and corporations, architects and public spaces, and mission-driven partners of all shapes and sizes.

At every scale
Handheld, one-on-one moments that create personal, intimate connection. Architectural, environment-swallowing worlds that surround visitors and make the whole space part of the experience. Spatial storytelling, projection, light, and multi-sensory design that meets each person where they are.

Run the show
Studio ownership and operations, P&L, pipeline, team building, and quality standards for public-facing installations at scale. $10M to $15M annual revenue, 20+ concurrent projects, teams of 40+ professionals. Board service and community leadership bringing the same rigor to advocacy.

Raise money, make the case
Capital campaign strategy, major gifts, donor cultivation, and institutional partnerships. Currently leading a $40M capital campaign for a national LGBTQ+ museum. Twenty-plus years of translating complex ideas into audience-centered stories, applied to donor storytelling and case-making.

Build with what's next
AI tools, workflow automation, custom agents, and emerging tech evaluation. Certified in Designing & Building AI Products & Services (MIT xPRO) and AI Prompting (Gonzaga). Worked with the creative geniuses at Popcorn.co on AI prompting: an AI-powered co-director that turns text, links, or data into cinematic, episodic video through conversational direction. An ongoing practice of putting new tools to work and finding out what they can really do.

Teach and speak
Guest lectured at Harvard, NYU, Columbia, Pratt, and Parsons. Keynotes, panels, workshops, mentorship, and press across three decades. Speaking to younger folks about what's possible when curiosity is the strategy, and what a career in this field can actually look like.
