Thacher Park Visitor Center | NYS OPRHP

John Boyd Thacher set out to preserve this land just as he found it, and it has been a state park since 1914. Its new visitor center draws outdoor adventurers of all ages into the park’s story. Moey led the exhibit design, content creation, and fabrication. Through a mix of traditional, interactive, and fully immersive exhibits, visitors explore the park’s natural wonders, the forces that shaped them over time, and the conservation efforts that have protected them and made them accessible. Visitors get oriented, then head out on the trails with a fresh perspective on a place that is still taking shape.

Projects created as Co-Founder and Chief Creative Strategist of Moey Inc., a Brooklyn design-build studio for interactive exhibits and immersive experiences.
